The olive fruits used for the preparation of the Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil are collected from small organic farmers in the wider region of Peloponnese, Greece. They are cultivated and harvested with traditional and sustainable methods and then are selectively handpicked. The differentiation of Organic Extra Virgin olive oil lies in the way olives are grown, harvested, and collected. Our approach is to cooperate with a selected network of local organic farmers, whom we know personally. This secures that the product is treated without the use of chemical fertilizers, and pesticides, maintaining its healthy qualities and unique taste. The procedure that these farmers follow is to harvest their organic olive groves sustainably when the fruit is still unripe and on the peak of its antioxidant properties in order to receive the unique extract.
